I do not have my guests' email addresses. How do I collect RSVPs?
Use the public registration link instead of personal invitations. Share it by WhatsApp, on social media or in a newsletter; guests enter their own name and email, and they land on your guest list with a QR ticket. Turn on approval if you want to review who registers before they get a ticket.
How do I change the texts and button on my registration page?
Open the RSVP page editor, switch to the Registration tab, and use the "Registration texts" section on the right to change the form title, subtitle, button text and the confirmation texts. Leave a field empty to keep the standard text in that language.
How do I choose a template for my RSVP and registration pages?
Open the event, go to RSVP page and pick one of the 9 templates in the left panel. The preview updates live and the same template is used for the RSVP page, the registration page and the confirmation page. Switch templates any time; your texts, flyer and colour settings stay.
Why does my registration link say "Guestlist full"?
The event has reached its guest limit: either the capacity you set in the event settings, or the 50-guest limit of the free plan. Raise the capacity in Edit Event, remove guests who declined, or upgrade the event for unlimited guests. Companions count as guests.
How do I brand my RSVP page, registration page and emails?
In the RSVP editor you choose a template, set the button colour and add your flyer or banner. Emails take the same flyer and your own texts, and on paid plans you can remove the GuestlistOnline branding from pages and emails. Fonts and custom CSS are not adjustable; the templates handle typography.
How do I remove the GuestlistOnline branding from my registration and RSVP pages?
On paid events (per event upgrade or Pro), open the RSVP page editor and switch off "GuestlistOnline footer" in the panel on the right. The header, footer and promotional line disappear from the RSVP page, the registration page and the confirmation pages.
How do I change the text guests see after they RSVP or register?
Open the RSVP page editor. For the RSVP link flow, open the Confirmation tab and click the title or the message in the preview to edit it in place. For the public registration page, open the Registration tab and change the confirmation title and message under Registration texts. Both are per language and save automatically.
How do I ask guests extra questions like dietary needs or company?
Add custom questions to your event: free text, single choice or multiple choice, required or optional. They appear on the registration page and, if you switch it on, on the RSVP page too. Answers show on the guest, in exports and, for companions, per person.
