How do I choose a template for my RSVP and registration pages?
Short answer
Open the event, go to RSVP page and pick one of the 9 templates in the left panel. The preview updates live and the same template is used for the RSVP page, the registration page and the confirmation page. Switch templates any time; your texts, flyer and colour settings stay.
The templates
Nine looks, from a clean white card to dark, editorial and festive layouts. Each is built for the phone first, since most guests open the link from an email on their phone, and each works with or without a flyer.
Pick one
- Open your event and click RSVP page in the menu.
- In the left panel, click a template. The preview on the right changes at once.
- Switch between the RSVP, Confirmation and Registration tabs to see all three pages in the new look.
- Click Open as guest to see the real page, and save.
Which one
- With a strong flyer: choose a template that shows it large; the flyer carries the page.
- Without a flyer: pick a template with a coloured or dark background so the page does not look empty.
- Corporate: the minimal templates with your logo as banner read as neutral and serious.
- Nightlife and festivals: the dark templates match a flyer that is mostly black.
After choosing
Set the button colour so it matches your flyer, add your texts per language and, on paid plans, hide the GuestlistOnline branding. Guests who already have the link see the new template on their next visit.
Questions about this
- Can I use a different template for the registration page?
- No. One template per event keeps the three guest pages consistent. Texts and the flyer can differ per page.
- Can I upload my own design?
- Not as a custom template. You control template, button colour, flyer, banner and all texts; custom HTML or CSS is not supported.
- Will changing the template break the links I sent?
- No. Links stay the same; only the look changes.
