Are you a guest of an event, not the organizer? Questions about your ticket, the date or a refund go to the organizer who invited you. Their name and email are in the invitation you received; we cannot change bookings on their behalf.
Something broken during a live event? Use the chat and say which event it is. Live-event issues go to the front of the queue.
