A scanner on any phone, no app store, no hardware
GO Scanner is a web app. Door staff open their personal link, add it to the home screen, and scan with the phone's camera. A green screen means the guest is in; a second scan of the same code is flagged, so nobody gets in twice.
- Scan the QR code each confirmed guest received by email. Under two seconds per guest.
- No code? Search by name or email and check the guest in from the result. Walk-ins can be added on the spot.
- Keeps working without signal. The guest list is stored on the phone; check-ins sync as soon as the connection is back.
Every door, every scan, in one live view
While staff scan at the entrances, you watch the count climb from wherever you are: how many are in, how many are still expected, which door is busiest, and who was the last to arrive.
Each staff member has their own link, so you see 16 scans at the main entrance and 8 at the side door, not just a total.
Every check-in records how it happened, by scan or by name search, and who did it.
Switch it on and every guest has to scan their own code; companions can no longer come in on the main guest's code.

- The week before
Invite your door staff
Add each person under Check-in › Door staff with a name and email. They get a link that opens the scanner for this event only.
- Before the doors open
Open the link, once
Staff open their link on their own phone and add it to the home screen. The guest list downloads to the phone, so a weak signal in the lobby does not matter.
- Doors open
Scan, or search
Most guests hold up the QR code from their email. The rest give a name. Both doors see the same list, so a guest scanned at one door cannot enter again at the other.
- Afterwards
Know who came
The guest list shows who checked in and when. Export it as a CSV for your attendance report, your sponsors or next year's invitation list.
Check-in by name is free. QR scanning comes with the event upgrade.
