How does the 7-day free trial work?

When you start a Pro Subscription, you get 7 days of full access to all Pro features. Your card is required upfront but won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your organization settings. When switching to annual, you'll get the discounted rate immediately.

Question 3

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You'll keep access to all Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your events will revert to the free tier limits. Your data is never deleted — you just lose access to Pro features.

Can I upgrade a single event instead of subscribing?

Absolutely. The Per Event plan lets you unlock all Pro features for a single event at a one-time cost. Great for weddings, one-off parties, or if you're not sure about committing to a subscription yet.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). In the Netherlands, we also accept iDEAL. All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Do you offer refunds?

Per Event purchases are non-refundable since you get immediate access to all features. For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime — we don't offer partial refunds but you keep access until your period ends.

Is there a discount for nonprofits or education?

Yes! Contact us and we'll set up a discounted plan for your organization. We support nonprofits, educational institutions, and community organizations.

What's the difference between Per Event and Pro Subscription?

Per Event is a one-time payment that unlocks features for a single event. Pro Subscription gives you unlimited events, more team members, analytics, and priority support — all for a monthly or annual fee. If you run more than 2 events per year, the subscription saves you money.
