Creating Your Account
Sign up is free and takes less than a minute. Go to the registration page, enter your email and password, and you're ready to create events. No credit card required for events under 50 guests.
Creating Your First Event
Click "Create Event" from your dashboard. Fill in the event name, date, time, and location. You can also add a description and upload an event flyer. Once created, you can start adding guests.
Understanding the Dashboard
Your dashboard shows all your events at a glance. You'll see upcoming events, recent activity, and quick stats like total guests and check-in rates. Use the sidebar to navigate to different sections.
Inviting Team Members
Need help managing your event? Go to Team settings and invite collaborators. Choose their role (Co-organizer, Coordinator, or Door Staff) to control what they can access.
Interactive Setup Tour
When you create your first event, an interactive 3-step tour launches automatically: (1) Add your guests, (2) Customize your email templates, (3) Brand your RSVP page. You can skip it anytime and pick up later from where you left off. It's the fastest way to see how the main building blocks fit together.
