Guests
Add, import, tag and export guests. Companions and approvals.
How do companions (plus-ones) work, and how do I add more than one?
A guest can bring companions when you allow it on the RSVP page. Each companion becomes their own guest row with a name, optional email and their own QR code. To add several companions at once, raise "Maximum companions" in the RSVP editor; to add them one by one to an existing guest, use "Add companion" on the guest.
Adding Guests Manually
In your event, click "Add Guest". Enter their name, email (required for invitations), and any optional details like phone number, tags, or notes.
Importing via CSV
Have a spreadsheet? Export it as CSV and upload. Required columns: Name, Email.
Guest Statuses Explained
Pending: invitation not sent yet. Invited: invitation sent. Confirmed: guest said yes. Declined: guest said no. Checked in: guest arrived.
Approving Registrations
When approval is enabled, public registrations show as "Pending Approval". Find them using the filter button on the Guests page.
Sending Invitations & Pre-Event Confirmations
From the Guests page, select one or many guests and click Send Invitations. Each guest receives a personalized email with event details and an RSVP link.
Organizing Guests with Tags
Tags let you group guests however you want: by ticket tier (VIP, GA Weekend, 3-Day, Single Day), by role (Artist, Press, Crew, Family), by table, or anything else. Add tags when creating a guest or editing them later.
Managing Guest Information
Track guest details including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and custom fields. Add notes to guest profiles and organize them with tags for easy management.
Exporting Guest Lists
Export your guest list at any time. Choose which fields to include and download as CSV or Excel.
