Connecting Stripe
Go to Admin Settings > Payments and click "Connect Stripe". You'll be redirected to Stripe to create or connect your account.
Setting Ticket Prices
Enable payments in event settings and set your price. You can have a single price or multiple tiers (Early Bird, VIP, etc.).
Registration Approval Workflow
Enable "Require manual approval for registrations" in Edit Event to review guests before confirming them. Works for both free and paid events.
Managing Payments
View payment status for each guest in their profile. Track who has paid, pending payments, and failed transactions.
Understanding Fees
GuestlistOnline charges a platform fee of €0.25 + 5% per ticket sold. This covers all payment processing, fraud protection and ticket delivery, with no separate Stripe bill on top.
Viewing Sales Reports
Track sales in real-time from your event dashboard. See total revenue, number of tickets sold, and average order value.
