Can I import this into GuestlistOnline later?

Yes. Export your sheet as CSV and use Import CSV on the Guests page. Name and email are enough; tags and notes come along if you have them.

What is inside

Name, Email, Phone: Who they are and how to reach them.
Group / tag: VIP, press, family, team: anything you want to filter on.
Companions: How many extra people this guest brings.
Invitation sent: Yes or No, so nobody is invited twice or forgotten.
RSVP: Attending, Pending or Declined. The summary sheet counts these.
Checked in: Mark Yes at the door. Doubles as your attendance list.
Wedding version: Partner or household, side, invited to which parts, meal choice, dietary needs, table, gift received, thank-you sent.

How to use it

Download the Excel file, or the CSV if you want to import it somewhere else.

For Google Sheets: open sheets.google.com, choose File, Import, Upload, and pick the downloaded file.

Delete the example rows and add your guests. Keep one row per guest, or one per household on the wedding version.

Use the Summary tab to see how many are attending, pending and declined as you fill in the RSVP column.

Print the list sorted by name for the door, or mark Checked in on a phone during the event.
