Sending Invitations & Pre-Event Confirmations

From the Guests page, select one or many guests and click Send Invitations. Each guest receives a personalized email with event details and an RSVP link, personalized using variables like {guestName} and {eventName}. For free events, confirmed guests get their QR code directly; for paid events they get a payment link. Invitations can be resent anytime, and emails go out in the guest's preferred language automatically.
