How do I change the texts and button on my registration page?

Short answer

Open the RSVP page editor, switch to the Registration tab, and use the "Registration texts" section on the right to change the form title, subtitle, button text and the confirmation texts. Leave a field empty to keep the standard text in that language.

The public registration page uses standard texts in the guest's language. Since September 2026 you can replace them per event, per language.

Steps

  1. Open your event and go to RSVP page.
  2. Click the Registration tab above the preview. Pick the language you want to edit with the language buttons.
  3. In the panel on the right, open Registration texts.
  4. Change what you need: the form title, the subtitle under it, the submit button, and on the confirmation page the title and the message.
  5. Changes save automatically. Click Open as guest to see the page exactly as a guest does.

Which texts you can change

  • Form title and subtitle: the heading above the fields and the sentence under it.
  • Button: the text on the submit button, for example "Jetzt anmelden".
  • Confirmation title and message: what guests see after they submit.

Texts on the RSVP page

The RSVP page (for guests you invite with a personal link) has its own editable texts: click on any highlighted text in the preview to change it directly, including the question, the answer options, the companion label and the confirmation page.

Questions about this

Do I have to translate every language?
No. A language you leave empty keeps the standard text. Only fill in the languages your guests use.
Can I change the field labels like Name and Email?
Not per event yet. Field labels follow the guest's language. Custom questions have their own labels that you set when you create them.
