Registration and RSVP pages
Public registration, RSVP links, texts, branding and custom questions.
How do I change the texts and button on my registration page?
Open the RSVP page editor, switch to the Registration tab, and use the "Registration texts" section on the right to change the form title, subtitle, button text and the confirmation texts. Leave a field empty to keep the standard text in that language.
In EnglishChoosing a Template
Pick from 9 RSVP templates: Classic, Premium, Modern, Fluid, Wedding, Nightclub, Corporate, Minimal, and Gala. Switch any time; your guest list and data are preserved.
In EnglishCustom Branding (Colors, Fonts, Logo)
In RSVP Settings, upload your logo, pick brand colors, and choose from the full Google Fonts library. You can hide or show elements (capacity counter, map, description), and on Pro plans add your own CSS for pixel-perfect control.
In EnglishHow do I remove the GuestlistOnline branding from my registration and RSVP pages?
On paid events (per event upgrade or Pro), open the RSVP page editor and switch off "GuestlistOnline footer" in the panel on the right. The header, footer and promotional line disappear from the RSVP page, the registration page and the confirmation pages.
In EnglishCustom Registration Fields
Beyond name and email, collect anything you need: phone, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, t-shirt size, group size, age range, city, company/job title, industry, and unlimited custom text fields. Mark fields required or optional.
In EnglishCapacity Limits
Set a maximum guest count in event settings. When reached, the registration form shows "Event Full" and new signups are blocked.
In EnglishPublic vs Private Events
Public events have a shareable registration link anyone can use. Private events only show guests you add manually (no public link).
