How do I connect Stripe to sell tickets?
Go to Admin Settings, Payments and click Connect with Stripe. You sign in to an existing Stripe account or create one in a few minutes; Stripe verifies your business and bank details. Once connected, switch any event to paid and ticket money goes straight to your Stripe account, never through ours. Connect at the workspace level so every event in it can use it.
En anglaisHow do I set ticket prices, early bird and discount tiers?
Under Edit Event, Pricing, switch the event to paid, choose the currency and enter the general price. Optionally add an early bird price with a deadline and a friends and family price, and give artists and sponsors their own free and discounted spots when you invite them. Which price a guest pays follows from how they were added: public registrations pay general or early bird, guests you add by hand are free unless you say otherwise.
En anglaisWhere do I see who paid, and how do I refund a ticket?
On the Guests page the payment status shows per guest: Paid, Unpaid or Free; filter on it to see who still owes. Totals, revenue after fees and average ticket price are on the Analytics page, and the full transaction list with payouts is in your Stripe dashboard. Refunds are made in Stripe; afterwards set the guest to not attending so their QR code stops working.
En anglaisWhat are the fees on paid tickets?
0.25 euro plus 5 percent per paid ticket, deducted from the ticket price before the money reaches your Stripe account. That is the whole cost: card processing, iDEAL, fraud protection and ticket delivery are included, and there is no separate Stripe fee on top. Free tickets and free events carry no fee. Refunded tickets return the fee.
