Team and promoters
Roles, permissions, door staff, promoters and artist allocations.
Understanding Roles
Owner: full access including billing. Co-organizer: almost full access, cannot delete the event. Coordinator: manages guests and check-in. Door staff: check-in only.
In EnglishInviting Team Members
Go to your event > Team > Add Member. Enter their email and select a role.
In EnglishChanging Permissions
Need to upgrade or downgrade someone? Go to Team, find the member, and change their role.
In EnglishRemoving Team Members
To remove someone, go to Team, find them, and click Remove. They'll lose access immediately but won't be notified automatically.
In EnglishArtist Allocations
Give artists their own guest allocation. They can add guests up to their limit without bothering you.
