How do I use tags to organize guests?
Réponse courte
Tags are labels you attach to guests: VIP, press, table 4, weekend pass, invited by Anna. Add them when creating or editing a guest, in bulk, or through the CSV import. Then filter the list by tag, send emails to one tag, export a segment for the door, and see the tag in the scanner.

Add tags
- When adding or editing a guest, type a tag and press Enter. Existing tags are suggested.
- Select several guests and use the bulk action to add a tag to all of them.
- In a CSV import, a Tags column with comma-separated values becomes tags, and you can add one tag to the whole import.
Use tags
- Filter: pick a tag above the list to see only those guests; the counts and exports follow the filter.
- Send: filter on a tag, select all, send. The VIPs get the VIP text, the press list gets the press kit.
- Door: tags show on the guest in the scanner, so staff see "VIP" or "Artist" when they scan.
- Report: export per tag for the client or the promoter.
Ideas that work
- Ticket tiers when you do not sell tickets: GA, VIP, backstage.
- Source: newsletter, Instagram, promoter name.
- Logistics: table numbers, shuttle bus, hotel.
Questions à ce sujet
- Can a guest have several tags?
- Yes, as many as you like. Filters can combine them.
- How do I rename or delete a tag?
- Filter on the tag, select all, remove the tag in bulk and add the new one. Tags exist only on guests, so an unused tag disappears by itself.
- Do guests see their tags?
- No. Tags are internal. Door staff see them in the scanner; guests never do.
