What is the difference between Free, Per Event and Pro?
Free covers one active event with up to 50 guests, invitations and QR check-in. Per Event is a one-off payment of 19.99 euro that unlocks unlimited guests, CSV import, custom texts and branding, reminders and analytics for that one event. Pro is 249 euro a year for unlimited events with all of that, up to 50 team members and priority support.

Open Organization settings and click Manage subscription. That opens the Stripe billing portal where you replace the card and retry the open invoice. Stripe also retries automatically over a few days. Pro features stay active for a short grace period after a failed payment; if the invoice stays unpaid the subscription is paused until it is settled.

Per event payments: open Organization settings, Invoices, fill in your billing details once (legal name, address, VAT ID if you have one) and download the invoice for each payment. Pro subscription payments: invoices and receipts come from Stripe; open them via Manage subscription.
