GuestlistOnline helps event organizers manage guest lists, sell tickets, send invitations, and run QR code check-in at the door.

Built for nightclubs, venues, corporate events, and private parties.

## Pricing

**Free guestlists (no ticket sales):**
- Free for events under 10 guests
- €19.99 flat fee per event (unlimited guests)

**Paid ticketing:**
- €0.25 + 5% per ticket sold
- No monthly platform fee

**Example:** A €20 ticket costs €1.25 in fees (€0.25 + €1.00). Organizer receives €18.75.

## Payments & refunds

- Payment processing via Stripe
- Organizers connect their own Stripe account (they are merchant of record)
- Ticket revenue goes directly to organizer's Stripe account
- Refunds are handled by the event organizer
- Chargebacks and disputes are the organizer's responsibility as merchant of record
