Organizer connects their Stripe account 2. Guest purchases ticket on registration page 3. Payment goes directly to organizer's Stripe account 4. GuestlistOnline fee is collected separately ### Merchant of record The event organizer (via their connected Stripe account) is the merchant of record for all transactions. ### Refunds Refund policy is set and executed by the event organizer. GuestlistOnline does not process refunds on behalf of organizers. ### Chargebacks & disputes As merchant of record, the organizer bears responsibility for chargebacks and disputes.
